Kiwi Property revises Green Bond indicative margin

Kiwi Property Group Limited (NZX: KPG) has today revised the indicative margin for its seven-year fixed-rate senior secured green bond (Green Bonds) offer to 1.25%-1.35% per annum. The minimum interest rate remains unchanged at 2.85% per annum. An announcement of the actual margin and interest rate is expected to be made via NZX on 9 July 2021 following a bookbuild process.
