At the Annual Shareholder Meeting for Investore Property Limited held at 11.00am today all resolutions were decided by a poll. The following resolutions were passed by shareholders: o that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor for the ensuing year; o the re-election of Director Grainne Troute; o that Directors' remuneration be increased as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 8 June 2021.
