FURTHER UPDATE ON SKYCITY ADELAIDE

MARKET RELEASE - 20 July 2021 Further Update on SkyCity Adelaide SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SKC.NZX/SKC.AX) (SkyCity) advises that its Adelaide casino and entertainment facilities will now remain closed until at least 6.00pm (Australian Central Standard Time) on Tuesday 27 July 2021 following the South Australian Government's announcement earlier today that South Australia will go into a seven day lockdown from 6.00pm (Australian Central Standard Time) today in response to the current COVID-19 cluster in the community. Eos by SkyCity will remain open to accommodate hotel guests currently staying in-house, pending further advice from the South Australian Government. SkyCity's New Zealand properties (in Auckland, Hamilton and Queenstown) are unaffected by these latest restrictions in South Australia and remain open at Alert Level 1 in New Zealand.
