Refining NZ announces directorship change

Refining NZ advises that director Riccardo Cavallo will be resigning his directorship with Refining NZ in the coming months, due to Mr Cavallo moving to a new role outside of Australasia with his employer, Mobil. On behalf of the Board, its Chairman Simon Allen would like to thank Mr Cavallo for his outstanding contribution to Refining NZ during his 4 years on the Board, which has benefitted particularly from his wealth of knowledge and experience in refinery operational, health and safety matters. The Board has commenced a process to identify a replacement director and, consistent with previous practice, has invited Mobil to put forward potential replacement candidates for consideration by the Refining NZ Board. Any director appointed by the Board will be subject to re-election at the next Annual Meeting of Refining NZ shareholders. Refining NZ will further update the market on the timing of Mr Cavallo's resignation and the appointment of a new director to the Board in due course.
