27 July 2021 ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PASSING OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Board of Directors of Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited is deeply saddened to announce that Mr. Michael Donovan, a Non-executive Director of the Company passed away peacefully following a short illness, on 20 July 2021. Mr. Donovan was appointed to the Board in 1989 and the Board would like to thank Mr. Donovan for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the years.
