30 July 2021 Results of 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Mainfreight Limited At Mainfreight's Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held in Auckland on Thursday, 29 July 2021, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: 1. That Bruce Plested, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for re-election, be re elected as a Director of the Company. 2. That Richard Prebble, who retires at the annual meeting and is eligible for re-election, be re elected as a Director of the Company. 3. That the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
