Annual Report

Cooks Global Foods Limited (CGF) is pleased to provide its 2021 annual report. As indicated in earlier announcements, CGF has updated the consolidated financial statements since the preliminary announcement. Earnings have been adjusted primarily due to the recognition of revenue in accordance with IFRS 15 for the newly acquired subsidiary, Triple Two Holdings Limited. This has been offset by the deferral of related costs. There have also been adjustments to finalise the business combination accounting, as well as a number of other re-classifications which, in all material respects relate to non-cash items.
