6 August 2021 Results of Metro Performance Glass Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting At Metro Performance Glass Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Auckland, and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: - That the Board be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of PwC as Auditor for the ensuing year. - That Peter Griffiths be elected as a Director of the Company. - That Rhys Jones be elected as a Director of the Company.
