MY FOOD BAG GROUP LIMITED - CHANGE TO VIRTUAL ONLY MEETING The Annual Shareholders' Meeting for My Food Bag Group Limited (My Food Bag) is being held on Friday, 20 August 2021 at 11am (NZ time) and was scheduled to be held in person and online. In light of the Government's decision to raise alert levels to Level 4, and as contemplated in the original Notice of Meeting, My Food Bag advises that the annual meeting will now proceed as an online (virtual) meeting only. Shareholders will no longer be able to attend the meeting in person, but will still be able to watch the meeting, vote and ask questions online using a smartphone, tablet or computer.
