ArborGen 2021 ASM to be virtual-only

Tuesday 17 August 2021 The 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of ArborGen Holdings Limited (ARB) "ArborGen" is being held Thursday 19 August 2021, and was scheduled to be both a physical in-person and online meeting. Due to the New Zealand alert level 4 lockdown announcement, the meeting will now be an online (virtual) meeting only. Shareholders will not be able to attend the meeting in-person and this possibility was signalled in the notice of meeting. ArborGen invites shareholders to join the Annual Meeting online at the scheduled time. Shareholders will have the ability to watch, vote and submit questions online during the meeting and will require the information found on the Shareholder's Voting and Proxy Form, for verification purposes to do so.
