2021 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Rua Bioscience Limited (NZX:RUA) advises its 2021 Annual Meeting will be held at 12:00pm (New Zealand time) on 19 October 2021. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting hosted at Waikanae Surf Club, Grey St, Gisborne and supported by a virtual meeting platform. Further details for participation and voting online will be included in the formal Notice of Annual Shareholders' Meeting which will be released prior to the meeting. The closing date for Director nominations is 5:00pm NZST on 6 September, 2021.
