ArborGen Holdings Announces Annual Meeting Results

19 August 2021 - ArborGen advises details of the voting which resulted in all resolutions being passed at its Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 19 August 2021. Since February 2017, David Knott Jr has been the alternate director for David Knott. David Knott retired at the end of the shareholders' meeting and as a result David Knott Jr ceased to be his alternate and based on today's voting results, he was elected as a director.
