FURTHER UPDATE ON SKYCITY’S NEW ZEALAND PROPERTIES

MARKET RELEASE SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SKC.NZX/SKC.AX) 20 August 2021 Further Update on SkyCity's New Zealand Properties SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that its Auckland, Hamilton and Queenstown casino and entertainment facilities will remain closed following the announcement by the New Zealand Government earlier today that the COVID-19 Alert Level will remain at Alert Level 4 for the whole of New Zealand until at least 11.59pm on 24 August 2021. The Grand by SkyCity hotel in Auckland remains open to accommodate guests staying in-house, pending further advice from the New Zealand Government. SkyCity's Adelaide property is unaffected by these latest restrictions in New Zealand and remains open with physical distancing and hygiene requirements already in place.
