SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) CHANGE IN DIRECTOR - MURRAY JORDAN Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited advises that Murray Jordan will retire from the SkyCity Board effective from 30 September 2021. Mr Jordan joined the SkyCity Board in December 2016 and has Chaired the Board's People and Culture Committee since January 2018. In recent years, he has overseen the company's New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) and Horizon Hotel development project in Auckland as Chair of the Board's NZICC Sub-Committee.
