Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

Radius Care announces CEO resignation Radius Residential Care Limited (Radius Care) Executive Chair and Managing Director Brien Cree today announced the company's Chief Executive, Stuart Bilbrough, would leave the company on 29 November 2021. "Stuart returned to Radius last year to help refresh the long term growth strategy and assist us with the move to an NZX listing. The work that he has done to help the company over many years, including his role as CFO from 2010 to 2017, is hugely appreciated. In addition to the NZX listing, Stuart played a important part in the recent transaction that saw $48m raised from new and existing shareholders to purchase the land and buildings of four aged care facilities that Radius operated but did not own." said Mr Cree. "On behalf of the board, shareholders and our staff we would like to sincerely thank Stuart for his contribution to helping Radius Care to become one of five NZX listed aged care and retirement village companies.
