BFG Annual Shareholder meeting results 26 August 2021

Results of Burger Fuel Group Limited At Burger Fuel Group Limited's shareholder meeting, held on-line via Zoom, the 26th August 2021, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were all supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: oThat Alan Dunn be re-elected as a director of BFG. oThat the Board be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration for the ensuing year.
