Manager issues Incentive units As noted in the Annual Results for Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) released to the NZX on 12 August 2021, NorthWest Healthcare Management Properties Limited (the Manager), the manager of Vital, confirms that 4,090,950 new units in Vital were issued to it today pursuant to the incentive fee provisions in Vital's Trust Deed. Issuance in Vital units helps ensure alignment of the Manager's interests with other unitholders whilst also ensuring that the incentive fee is not a cash cost for Vital.
