EBOS expands further into medical consumables

1 September 2021 NZX/ASX Code: EBO EBOS expands further into medical consumables with the acquisition of Sentry Medical EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Sentry Medical. Sentry Medical is a designer, marketer and distributor of a broad range of medical consumable products, including its own brands and agency brands. Sentry is based in Australia and supplies to customers including wholesalers, hospitals, general practitioners, dental surgeries, aged care facilities, pharmacies, government agencies and vet clinics. On 18 August 2021, along with the release of its FY21 financial results, EBOS announced that it had a high degree of confidence of executing an acquisition within its Institutional Healthcare division within the near term. Sentry Medical is the acquisition referred to. Sentry Medical will further strengthen EBOS' presence in the distribution of medical consumables to the institutional healthcare market, which is a growing business for EBOS. This is EBOS' fourth acquisition completed during the last 12 months and represents a continuation of our strategy of investing for growth.
