Appointment of Director

The Board of The Colonial Motor Company Limited (Company) confirms that, on 11 August 2021, Gillian Durrad Watson was appointed a director of the Company, with the appointment effective from 1 September 2021. As a director appointed by the Board, she will be subject to election at the upcoming Annual Meeting of shareholders on 5 November.
