1 September 2021 Resignation of Senior Manager In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a) Scales Corporation Limited advises that Scales' Group Health & Safety, Compliance and Sustainability Manager, Karen Morrish, has resigned from the company. Scales' Managing Director Andy Borland advises "On behalf of the Board and the whole Scales' team, I'd like to thank Karen for the outstanding contribution she has made to the company. Karen was a long-standing Mr Apple employee before she took on the Group Health & Safety role, where she was instrumental in lifting H&S culture and implementing a wide range of improvements across the Group. Recently Karen has led Scales' Compliance and Sustainability work and has led multiple initiatives including work on reducing the Group's carbon footprint and the Group's COVID-19 response. We all wish Karen the best for the future". Karen's last day with Scales will be 7 October 2021.
