2 September 2021 DRP strike price and updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 The price at which shares will be allotted under Contact's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the 2021 full year dividend is NZ$8.1127. The shares will be issued on 15 September 2021. The price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP rules, as the volume weighted average sale price for a share calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the NZX main board market on the five trading days commencing on 26 August 2021. A copy of Contact's Appendix ASX 3A.1 form, updated to include details of the foreign exchange rate for Australian investors, is attached.
