Annual Shareholder Meetings Now Virtual

Stride Property Limited (SPL) and Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) (together, Stride Property Group) previously released the notice of meetings for their Annual Shareholder Meetings, due to be held on 23 September 2021. Due to the current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and Alert Level status, the Boards of Directors of SPL and SIML have decided to hold the Annual Shareholder Meetings online, rather than in person at the Sofitel, Auckland, as previously advised. The Board's concern is the safety of shareholders and guests and has determined that a virtual meeting is the safest method of holding a meeting at this time. Accordingly, shareholders will only be able to participate in the Annual Shareholder Meetings online. Attached is a virtual meeting guide with information for shareholders on how to participate in the meeting. Shareholders still retain the option of either voting at the meetings on 23 September 2021 or appointing a proxy to vote on their behalf by returning a Proxy Voting Form or completing proxy voting preferences online at www.investorvote.co.nz, no later than 11.00am (NZST) on Tuesday, 21 September 2021.
