Performance Rights Update

3 September 2021 NZX/ASX Code: EBO Performance Rights Update EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) today announces that the 151,050 performance rights issued on 30 October 2018 have vested and been settled by way of a cash payment to the participants. In addition, the following performance rights have lapsed: -20,409 performance rights issued on 9 September 2019; and -30,614 performance rights issued on 26 August 2020. EBOS now has 754,221 performance rights on issue.
