6 September 2021 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be virtual only Radius Residential Care Limited previously released a notice of meeting in relation to its Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 22 September 2021 at 10:30am NZST. Today the Board of Radius Residential Care Limited advises that it will no longer offer the ability for shareholders to attend the Annual Shareholders' Meeting in person due to current concerns related to COVID-19 in Auckland and potential risks to the health of meeting attendees. Shareholders will only be able to participate online. Attached is a virtual meeting guide with information for shareholders on how to participate in the meeting. Shareholders still retain the option of either voting online at the meeting on 22 September 2021 or appointing a proxy to vote on their behalf by returning a Proxy/Voting Form or completing proxy voting preferences online at www.investorvote.co.nz, no later than 10.30am (NZST) on Monday, 20 September 2021.
