Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Thursday, 9 September 2021 Subject: Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited ("PCTHA") - Conversion Message: NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that, Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited Convertible Notes ("PCTHA") will be converting into PCT ordinary shares on Monday, 27 September 2021. The number of Shares into which each holding of Notes Converts will be determined by dividing their Principal Amount (together with any Unpaid Interest (and any interest thereon)) by the Conversion Price, which will be announced on Monday, 20 September 2021. The final day of trading in PCTHA will be Wednesday, 15 September 2021 prior to the notes being suspended at close of business. A timetable of events is attached.
