Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 14 September 2021 Subject: Barramundi Limited ("BRMWF") - Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Barramundi Limited ("BRM") on Monday, 13 September 2021, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the final exercise date for the Barramundi Limited warrants ("BRMWF") is Friday, 29 October 2021. Any BRMWF warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 29 October 2021 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire. The final day of trading in BRMWF will be Wednesday, 27 October 2021 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
