Me Today – Change of Annual Meeting Arrangements

ME TODAY LIMITED - CHANGE TO ANNUAL MEETING ARRANGEMENTS The Board gives notice that the 2021 annual meeting of shareholders of Me Today Limited (the Company) will now be held as an audioconference only meeting, on Monday 27 September 2021 commencing at 1.00pm. As noted in the Notice of Meeting issued on 27 August 2021, the Company has been closely monitoring the situation in Auckland with regards to COVID-19, and in particular, the New Zealand Government's classification of Alert Levels for Auckland. The Board has concluded that it is extremely unlikely that Auckland will move down sufficient Alert Levels before the previously scheduled in person meeting date. In the interest of safety of shareholders, and given the limited business to be considered at the meeting, the Company has elected to hold the annual meeting as a audioconference only meeting. You will need to pre-register for the annual meeting.
