Ongoing Disclosure Notice

22 September 2021 Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) (Company) has been advised of the sale of 250 ordinary shares by a senior manager of the Company who accordingly has issued the attached Ongoing Disclosure Notice. The Company advises that this trade took place during the current black-out (closed) period which applies 30 days prior to TAH 's half year balance date (30 September), until the first trading day after the half year results are released to the NZX. The trade was unwittingly initiated without seeking prior written approval in accordance with the Company's Financial Products Trading Policy. Given the black-out period applies, approval was not given. This is considered a one off breach of Company policy but to remedy the situation the company has re issued to all Directors and senior management the Company's Financial Products Trading Policy and Guidelines reaffirming the requirements of the policy.
