MARKET RELEASE 23 September 2021 Dividend Reinvestment Plan Share Price and updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 Form The price for each share to be issued through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the H2 FY21 dividend to be paid in respect of the period ended 30 June 2021 is NZ$4.7875 (DRP Price). The DRP Price has been determined in accordance with the rules of the DRP. For the H2 FY21 dividend, the DRP Price was calculated using a volume weighted average price, over the five trading days during the period from 16 September 2021 to 22 September 2021 inclusive. Shares are expected to be issued to participants in the DRP on 1 October 2021.
