Retirement of Chair

24 September 2021 announce@nzx.com Chair Retirement Allied Farmers Limited ("Allied Farmers" NZX: ALF) advises that Richard Perry has decided, due to other work commitments, to retire as Chair and as a Director of Allied Farmers with effect from 30 September 2021. The Board will undertake a process to appoint a new Chair. Lead Independent Director Marise James has agreed to act as Chair in the interim. Marise James said "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Richard for his significant contribution to the Allied Farmers Group. Richard's leadership has been invaluable, and he has been instrumental in a number of significant initiatives. These include the development of Allied Group's diversification and digital strategies.
