24 September 2021 Change of settlement date for acquisition due to COVID Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) advises that due to the current lockdown restrictions caused by the COVID-19 outbreak in Auckland, the settlement date of 1 October 2021 for the acquisition of Belmont Medical Centre Limited (announced on 13 September 2021) will change until after Auckland moves down from Alert Level 3. Should Auckland move down from Alert Level 3 at midnight on 5th October 2021 the parties have agreed to settle on Monday 11th October 2021. In the event Auckland does not drop to Level 3 until a later date, we expect settlement to be within 5 days of that later date.
