Results of the 2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting Auckland 30 September 2021 - Steel & Tube advises that all resolutions put to its virtual Annual Shareholder Meeting held online today were passed by shareholders. The final results of the voting poll are in the attached document. The following resolutions were passed: - That KPMG be appointed as auditor of the Company and the Directors be authorised to fix the auditor's remuneration. -That Susan Paterson, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a Director of the Company. -That Karen Jordan, who was appointed as a Director by the Board during the year, be elected as a Director of the Company.
