Appointment of New Director

Appointment of Rachel Walsh to the Board Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Walsh as an independent director, effective from today. Rachel will also take up the role of Chair of the Audit Committee. Rachel is a senior financial executive and a qualified chartered accountant. She is currently chief financial officer of Datacom Group Limited, a role she has held for the last three years. Prior to this, she was chief financial officer for listed healthcare company, Abano Healthcare Group, for five years. Rachel has also worked internationally for Rank Group and as a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chair of Bremworth, George Adams, said: "We are delighted to welcome Rachel to the Board.
