SKYCITY CHAIR ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT

MARKET RELEASE SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SKC.NZX/SKC.AX) 11 October 2021 SkyCity Chair Announces Retirement Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(c), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that Rob Campbell has notified SkyCity that he intends to retire as the Chair and as a Director of the SkyCity Board to focus on other work commitments. To ensure continuity, Mr Campbell has advised that he intends to retire from the SkyCity Board in early 2022 to give the SkyCity Board sufficient time to appoint a new Chair. The SkyCity Board will now undertake a process to appoint a new Chair. Mr Campbell was appointed as a Director of the SkyCity Board in June 2017 and as the Chair of the SkyCity Board in January 2018.
