12 October 2021 Third Age Health settles acquisition of Belmont Medical Centre Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) advises that it has, effective 11 October 2021 completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Belmont Medical Centre Limited. The final cash purchase price was $0.17m.
