BNZ announces changes to Executive Team

Exchange announcement 13 October 2021 BNZ announces changes to Executive Team Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) announced today that, following the separation of BNZ's Technology & Operations business unit into two business units (Technology and Operational Excellence) with separate Executive Team accountabilities, Russell Jones, BNZ's Executive, Technology & Operations will be leaving BNZ with effect from 29 October 2021. BNZ also announced today the appointments of: Anna Flower (currently, BNZ's Regional General Manager, Central North & South Island) as Executive, Chief Customer Officer - Partnership Banking, replacing Paul Carter, who is leaving BNZ with effect from 31 December 2021; Kate Skinner (currently, BNZ's General Manager, Analytics & Insights) as Executive, Data, Analytics & Strategy; and Karna Luke (currently, BNZ's acting Executive, Customer, Products & Services) as Executive, Customer, Products & Services. These appointments are subject to Reserve Bank of New Zealand non-objection. Paul Littlefair (currently, BNZ's General Manager, Technology) will be the acting Executive, Technology. A permanent appointment to the Executive, Technology role will be announced in due course. An announcement for the appointment to the role of Executive, Operational Excellence will be also be made in due course.
