14 October 2021 Appointment of Senior Manager Scales are pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Smith as Chief Operations and Sustainability Officer. Geoff has extensive experience across a variety of agribusinesses and joins Scales from Zespri where he is currently head of New Zealand supply. As well as operational and supply chain experience, Geoff's prior roles focussed on agribusiness strategy and investment. Geoff has both an Honours degree and Doctorate from Lincoln University and has completed the Level 1 CFA qualification. Geoff will join the Scales team in January 2022.
