15 October 2021 NZX Market Announcement Director Nominations New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX:NZL) advises that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in Auckland at 9am on Wednesday, 24 November 2021. NZL hopes to hold this as a physical meeting however that will be dependent on prevailing Covid-19 Alert Levels. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting. For the purposes of Rule 2.3.2 of the NZX Listing Rules, NZL advises the closing date for director nominations is Monday 1 November 2021 (Closing Date).
