MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT 15 October 2021 GrabOne Sale Update AUCKLAND, 15 October 2021: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) ("NZME") has this afternoon agreed to extend the period for satisfaction of the finance condition under the Sale and Purchase Agreement with Global Marketplace New Zealand Limited ("GMP") to Friday 22 October 2021.
