NZX/ASX release 19 October 2021 Heartland Annual Meeting to be held online only Due to New Zealand's current COVID-19 Alert Level status, the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) will be held online only. Shareholders can join the meeting at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/hgh21 on Thursday 28 October 2021. The meeting will start at 2pm (NZST). Shareholders joining online will require their shareholder number for verification purposes. Shareholders will be able to view the presentation, vote on resolutions and ask questions through the online platform during the meeting.
