Synlait Milk Limited (SML) notes that 110,471 Performance Share Rights, as described below, have lapsed: o 29,140 Performance Share Rights issued on 17 December 2018. o 33,076 Performance Share Rights issued on 2 October 2019. o 48,255 Performance Share Rights issued on 24 November 2020.
