PCT upcoming 2021 AGM to be Online Only Event

On 6 October 2021, Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (PCT) published a notice of meeting in relation to its Annual Meeting to be held on 4 November 2021 at 11:30am (NZT). As indicated in the notice of meeting, PCT has been closely monitoring COVID-19 restrictions in New Zealand. In the light of the on-going restrictions on gatherings and having regard to the health and safety of our stakeholders and people, PCT advises that the Annual Meeting will now be a virtual meeting only. Shareholders will no longer be able to attend the meeting in person. To participate in the meeting online, shareholders will need to visit the Computershare Meeting Platform https://meetnow.global/nz and select the Precinct Properties meeting. The online meeting platform allows shareholders to participate online using a smartphone, tablet or computer. If a shareholder attends online, they will be able to view a live webcast of the meeting, ask questions and submit votes in real time. Shareholders will need the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Details of how to participate virtually are available in the Virtual Meeting Guide previously provided to shareholders and also available on the Computershare Meeting Platform noted above. Shareholders are encouraged to review this guide prior to the AGM.
