Market Release | 21 October 2021 Shareholder poll results for Auckland Airport The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited was held online today. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by shareholders. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Mark Binns be re-elected as a Director (supported by the Board). o That Dean Hamilton be re-elected as a Director (supported by the Board). o That Tania Simpson be re-elected as a Director (supported by the Board). o That Patrick Strange be re-elected as a Director (supported by the Board). o To authorise Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the ensuing year.
