Share consolidation

Ascension Capital Limited (ACE) (NZX: ACE) advises that it has resolved to implement a share consolidation. Every 100 shares held in ACE at 5:00pm (NZDT) on 5 November 2021 will be consolidated into 1 share, with all fractional entitlements rounded to the nearest whole number of shares (and a fractional entitlement to half a share being rounded up). As a result of the consolidation, the number of shares on issue in ACE will be reduced from 1,914,888,105 to approximately 19,148,881 shares. The timetable for the share consolidation is as follows: 3 November 2021 Last day for trading in pre-consolidation shares on the NZX Main Board. 4 November 2021 Ex-date for the consolidation. ACE's shares are expected to enter a two day trading halt from this date until the consolidation is completed. 5:00pm (NZDT) 5 November 2021 Record date and effective time for the consolidation. 8 November 2021 Commencement of trading in post-consolidation shares on the NZX and statements sent to shareholders.
