Shareholders will receive one ACE ordinary share for every 100 ACE ordinary shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Friday, 5 November 2021. In order for the share consolidation to be processed ACE will be halted from pre-market open on Ex Date, Thursday, 4 November 2021. On Monday, 8 November 2021, trading will resume in ACE ordinary shares. A timetable of events is attached.
