NZX/ASX release 28 October 2021 Results of Heartland 2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting At Heartland Group Holdings Limited's (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) annual shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: - That Ellen Comerford, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a director of Heartland. - That Geoff Summerhayes, who retires in accordance with the constitution and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a director of Heartland. - That Kate Mitchell, who retires in accordance with the constitution and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a director of Heartland. - That the board be authorised to fix the remuneration of Heartland's auditor, KPMG, for the financial year ending 30 June 2022. Sir Christopher Mace also today retires from the Heartland Board of Directors, after 10 years of service to Heartland.
