1 November 2021 CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE STATEMENT 2021 Annual Meeting Sanford Limited advises that its Annual Meeting for the financial year ending 30 September 2021 will be held at 2.00pm, Monday 20 December 2021 at Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Mt Eden, Auckland in the World Cup Lounge (previously known as the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand). Shareholders not in attendance will be able to attend the meeting on-line using smartphone, tablet or computer. If you choose to attend online you will be able to view a live webcast of the meeting, ask questions and submit your votes in real time. Should covid restrictions require it the meeting will be conducted virtually.
