3 November 2021 NZK - NEW ZEALAND KING SALMON - Appointment of Director The Board of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) wishes to advise that Carol Chen has been appointed as a director. Ms Chen is the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development Department at China Resources Enterprise, Limited, with responsibility for M&A initiation and execution in the Asia Pacific region. Ms Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from RMIT University, Melbourne. This appointment ensures that China Resources Ng Fung Limited will continue to be well represented on the Board of New Zealand King Salmon and will assist with the further development of the China market.
