The Board of The Colonial Motor Company Limited (Company) confirms that, following the retirement of Jim Gibbons as a Director and Chairman of the Company at the conclusion of the annual meeting held today (5 November 2021), Ashley Waugh has been elected as Chairman. Ash has been a Director of the Company since November 2015 and he was re-elected to the position by the Shareholders at today's annual meeting.
