MOVE Annual Meeting to be Virtual Only

Transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX: MOV), advises that, due to the ongoing uncertainty related to Covid-19 alert levels and restrictions, the upcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting, being held on Tuesday 23 November 2021 at 4pm, will be virtual only. Shareholders will no longer be able to attend the meeting in person. Shareholders are able to attend the Meeting virtually at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/move21. Shareholders attending and participating in the Meeting virtually via the online platform will be able to vote and ask questions during the Meeting.
